Turn a basic cake mix into a decadent Better Than Sex Cake! Chocolate cake filled with a sweet caramel filling and topped with toffee bars. This Better Than Sex Cake is always our go-to when we need to whip up a quick dessert. Of course, the name of this cake is not exactly family friendly. It is a rich, decadent, heavenly dessert… no matter what you call it! My favorite part of this recipe is poking the holes in the cake and pouring the caramel sauce over the top.
Rich chocolate cake, caramel, toffee, and whipped topping - need I say more?! Bake cake according to package directions for a 9x13 inch pan; cool on wire rack for 5 minutes. Make slits across the top of the cake, making sure not to go through to the bottom. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping, stirring until smooth and blended. Slowly pour the warm topping mixture over the top of the warm cake, letting it sink into the slits; then sprinkle the crushed chocolate toffee bars liberally across the entire cake while still warm.
Chocolate, caramel, and Heath candy take chocolate cake to a whole new level. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, using milk instead of water. Pour batter into prepared dish and bake according to directions on box.
